This is then next installment of my list.
Reflection Eternal - Talib Kweli & Dj Hi-Tek
Before I say anything about them as a group I'll start by saying DJ Hi-Tek makes Talib better.
When I got put on to hip hop the was out side of major labels I found Rawkus, this was before the Blackstarr album dropped. And I caught on tho the first Soundbombing Compilation and the First Lyricist Lounge. In there I peeped tracks by a group called Reflection Eternal and I was hooked!
The beats were fresh and the MC was real dope. I hadn't heard something like that in a while.
Then Blackstarr dropped CLASSIC and the First RE album Train of Thought Dropped again Classic.
But then something weird happend on Quality Talib started to stray away from Hi-Tek and began working with other producers, while Quality was ok it wasn't train of thought. And neither was The Beautiful Stuggle. While Talib was still fresh with the rhymes the songs directions didn't hit me something was missing like something organc was missing. Feel me. Now Eardrum was DOPE but still not Train of Thought. Talib was missing what Hi-Tek brought to the table for him
While this was going on Hi-Tek began getting a bigger name for him self working with the Aftermath team and doing some work with G-Unit, 50 and Dre and them. Nothing crazy but still collection a check. He also dropped 3 Hi-Technology albums. 1&2 being the better ones. But no one rock a Hi-Tek beat like Talib does.
Now its 2009 and they gonna do a new RE album and I cant wait its almost 10 years long overdue.
Thats why the made the list the made some real heat! that worked for me,,

Ok for those of you that know me yall know I am producer and engineer of the fine wine of hip hop.
And for those of you that really know me I am really strong about my opinions of hip hop word to my hommey Saar we consider our selves students of the game.
Either way my fellow blogger, artist and Trin is Random as Hell contribute text me with an idea for a list of favorite my/producer combinations.
When I listed the favorite groups I told yall a RAP group is a group of rappers so this is my list for the MC/Producer group.
Let me know what yall think REMEMBER THIS LIST IS IN NO PARTICULAR ORDER. Im going to profile a few in separate posts.

Murs & 9th Wonder
Ok yall might ask why i picked them its pretty simple actually. Murs is a dope MC but before the 9th wonder album Murs 3:16 alot of people wither never heard of him or he just had his niche audience. Murs was signed to Def Jux released a few albums there that no one really was checking for. 9th was fresh on the block with the success of Little Brother (also on the list) they took a gamble got together and made in my opinion History.
Also in my comparison Murs & 9th >>>> Buckshot and 9th
Either way a few albums with 9th Wonder later Murs gets a Major deal and has two almost classic albums under his belt with 9th and a dope 3rd album that was released as a mix tape.

Mos debuted two new tracks courtesy of his Myspace page (www.myspace.com/mosdef): the Mr. Flash produced “Life In Marvelous Times,” and “Quiet Dog Bite Hard,” produced by Preservation.”
Both songs are available for download via iTunes and RCRD LBL (http://rcrdlbl.com/).
The new LP will also mark the 10 year anniversary of the Brooklynite’s celebrated debut album, Black On Both Sides.
That project spawned the popular singles “Ms. Fat Booty” and “Umi Says.”
